We Are God's Temple

How beautiful is Zion,
the city on the hill,
A light to ev'ry nation,
with heaven's glory filled.
One people and one family,
not meant to shine alone,
But by our love and unity
our Father to make known!

CHORUS
For we are God's temple,
the Lord's holy building;
Resting on Jesus,
the one and only Cornerstone.
Filled with the Spirit,
we become God's own dwelling.
We are a temple
for the glory of the Lord.

We share a common Spirit,
as children of God's grace;
Together we inherit,
together seek his face.
May Zion's light grow brighter,
until the new Day dawns,
When, voices all united,
we sing the one new song!
CHORUS
