Hear us, O Shepherd of Israel,
you who faithfully lead your flock.
Hear us from the Holy Place
where your glory dwells
enthroned between the cherubim.

Lord of the highest heavens,
send forth your light and your truth.
Awaken your power and might;
Stoop down in mercy to save us!

Restore us, Lord!
Show us your grace,
as you have done in the past.
Do not look on us with your righteous frown,
But let the light of your face shine down on us.
